SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud WM Consultant (all genders)

Hybrid role (Remote/on-site), Poland

At Tenthpin, we are hiring a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Warehouse Management Consultant to configure and deliver SAP Public Cloud solutions for our life sciences clients. You’ll translate business requirements into standard SAP WM processes, support fit-to-standard implementations, and collaborate with global teams to deliver robust warehouse execution aligned to SAP best practice.

The Opportunity

At Tenthpin, your expertise will matter. Our specialist focus in Life Sciences means your work directly supports mission-critical supply chain operations and regulated environments. As a WM Consultant, you’ll lead and support Public Cloud WM scope execution, shape warehouse processes with business stakeholders, and ensure successful deployment and operational readiness. You will:

• Lead and support Fit-to-Standard workshops for SAP Public Cloud WM

• Configure core WM scope items such as goods receipt/issue, putaway, picking, HU and inventory

• Translate business requirements into SAP standard solutions

• Collaborate with SD, MM, QM and Production teams

• Support test cycles, cutover and hypercare

• Document warehouse processes and master data

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant — a hands-on problem solver who thrives in delivery environments. You combine deep SAP Public Cloud expertise with the ability to simplify complex warehouse requirements, align stakeholders, and communicate with clarity and credibility. You act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them toward standardised Public Cloud solutions and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Strong configuration experience in SAP Public Cloud WM

• Understanding of Public Cloud scope items (e.g., 2NB, 2NP, BD9)

• Knowledge of warehouse processes including HU, task management and inventory

• Integration knowledge across SD, MM, QM and Production

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification preferred

• Experience working in international delivery environments

• Excellent communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills
