At Tenthpin, we are hiring an SAP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) to support application lifecycle management, governance, and operational excellence for our life sciences clients.

You will act as a subject matter expert, working directly with client teams to design, implement, and run SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) across complex S/4HANA transformation programmes and live SAP landscapes.

The Opportunity

As an SAP ALM Consultant, you will own ALM processes across the SAP landscape, supporting programmes from build through run, and advising clients on best-practice ALM governance aligned to SAP standards.

The opportunity will include, but is not limited to:

·       Implementing and operating SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

·       Designing and running ALM governance frameworks across SAP landscapes

·       Supporting change, release, and transport management

·       Enabling and supporting test management and defect handling

·       Supporting incident management, monitoring, and operational processes

·       Advising clients on best-practice ALM processes, standards, and tooling

·       Supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and ongoing operations

·       Acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on ALM strategy and execution

Your Experience

You are an experienced SAP ALM Consultant with hands-on ownership of application lifecycle management processes. You understand how SAP systems are designed, built, tested, deployed, and operated — particularly in regulated environments.

You bring:

·       Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)

·       Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

·       Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA programmes

·       Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and governance

·       Experience across build, test, deploy, and run phases

·       Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have:

·       Exposure to SAP Signavio

·       Experience working in Life Sciences environments
