At Tenthpin we are seeking an experienced SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) / SAP Security Consultant with strong exposure to the Life Sciences domain to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security controls and compliance frameworks within our SAP landscape, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and adherence to industry and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, SOX).

Key responsibilities

·       Primary skills: SAP GRC, SAP SECURITY and GRC with S4, Fiori, BTP, SF, IAG, Cloud products experience & knowledge.

·       Develop, implement, and maintain SAP security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

·       Implement and configure SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules

·       Experience in full cycle SAP S/4 or ECC Security assessments, design, and implementations as well as understanding of leading practices as it relates to ERP security.

·       Understand leading practices as it relates to SAP Security, and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementation

·       Assess client environments to identify security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps

·       Design and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to protect sensitive data

·       Monitor and analyze access and role assignments for compliance with established policies

·       Conduct audits and risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls

·       Provide training and support to clients on SAP security protocols and best practices

·       Stay updated on emerging trends in cybersecurity and compliance regulations affecting SAP systems

·       Ability to work independently without any supervision

Your Experience/Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

·       A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SAP security and GRC implementations

·       Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including role-based access and authorization management

·       Experience with SAP GRC tools, including Security Audit Framework (SAF) and Access Control (AC)

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·       Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
