Hybrid role* (Remote/ on-site), India

As a consultant at Tenthpin, you will act as an SME for SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM, supporting customers and Tenthpin consultants in gaining process transparency, driving process optimization, and connecting process insights with application lifecycle management in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

·       Act as an SME for SAP Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence

·       Design and implement process mining use cases using SAP Signavio

·       Develop and maintain SIGNAL scripts for KPIs, insights, and dashboards

·       Integrate SAP Signavio insights with SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring and continuous improvement

·       Advise customers on process governance, optimization, and transformation

Required Skills & Experience

·       3+ years of experience with SAP Signavio and/or process mining

·       Strong hands-on experience with:

·       SAP Signavio Process Manager

·       SAP Signavio Process Intelligence / Process Insights

·       Solid SIGNAL coding skills

·       Mandatory experience with SAP Cloud ALM

·       Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes

·       Consulting mindset with strong communication skills
