The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Legal Counsel with a passion for international business and technology to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment where your input will shape the way we operate and scale. You’ll work across borders, support key functions, and play a critical role in ensuring that our legal operations are both compliant and commercially sound. If you're excited by the idea of combining deep legal work with real business impact — we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, working closely with our Global Head of Legal, internal teams and external partners to ensure our contracts are clear, balanced, and built for long-term success. You will:
- Review and draft a wide range of commercial contracts — particularly those involving international partners and technology/software solutions
- Offer practical, business-minded legal advice to stakeholders across functions, helping the business navigate risks and make informed decisions
- Support the day-to-day legal needs of the business, from procurement to sales and corporate governance
- Collaborate regularly with global colleagues, bringing your legal expertise into conversations that drive growth
- Help shape and refine our internal legal processes, templates, and best practices
- Coordinate with external counsel when additional legal support is needed
Your Experience
We’re looking for someone with a strong legal foundation, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you bring:
- A master’s degree in law from a recognised European university
- 5–8 years of post-graduate experience, either in-house or in private practice
- Solid hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in an international environment
- A good working knowledge of technology and software agreements
- Business level English, both written and spoken
- Additional languages would be a huge asset - particularly German or Polish
- Familiarity with corporate law is a plus, though not essential
