,Learning and Development Manager (All Genders)
At Tenthpin, we are looking for a pro-active, structured and hands-on Learning and Development Manager to join our global Corporate Services team. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver high-impact learning programmes that support the growth of our people and align with the strategic goals of the business.
The Opportunity
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will take the lead in organising and coordinating key training initiatives—including our flagship Tenthpin University and tailored, country-specific sessions. You’ll manage our internal training curriculum, oversee SAP certification processes, and support business units in meeting their learning and development goals.
You will drive the continuous improvement of our learning framework—introducing new training formats and embedding a strong learning culture across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, helping us deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences across our global footprint.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Planning and organising annual and local training events across the business
- Coordinating internal and external trainers
- Managing the internal training curriculum and employee development tracking
- Coordinating the SAP certification process
- Training Provider Vendor Management
- Moderating and co-facilitating training sessions
- Managing the training budget and negotiating contracts
- Conducting surveys and analysing/continually developing training outcomes
- Performing operational tasks (e.g. tracking KPIs, creating and maintaining databases)
Your Experience
- 4+ years in Learning & Development, with a relevant degree or professional qualification
- Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and blended learning (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
- Proven ability in creating and delivering a training curriculum that aligns learning programmes with business needs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, organisational, and communication skills
- Fluent English (other languages a plus), with experience in a global setting
- Facilitation experience, especially in compliance or soft-skills training, is a plus
