Requirements Engineer – Tenthpin Solutions (Any location in Poland)

*This role can be based in any location of the above-mentioned employment location. You must be an official resident in the employment country to be considered for this role.

Tenthpin Solutions is looking for a pro-active and highly skilled Requirements Engineer to join our rapidly growing organisation. The successful applicant will have a passion for supporting innovative solutions that add substantial value to our clients and will serve as key point of liaison for all customers, contributing to our reputation as one of the recent success stories within the Consulting and Technology industry. 

The opportunity:

As a Requirements Engineer, you will be the trusted first point of contact between Tenthpin Solutions and our prestigious life sciences clients, providing first-line technical assistance promptly and professionally.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Work closely with the team consisting of Product Owner, Functional SMEs, Software Developers, Requirements Engineers, Designers; Management and Clients to gather, analyze and document requirements.
• Facilitate communication and understanding between business stakeholders and technical team.
• Convert requirements into Product Backlog Items.
• Support verification and validation efforts by ensuring traceability, defining acceptance criteria, and executing end-to-end testing.
• Support creation of comprehensive functional documentation (Features, User Stories, Software Requirements Specifications) for our custom build products.
• Continuously improve our requirements engineering process and contribute to enhancing overall product development process.

Your experience:

• Extensive working experience in the Product Management domain.
• Experience in in developing well-defined Features, User Stories and Software Requirements Specifications.
• Familiarity with Requirement Management tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Software Requirements Life Cycle.
• Experience in designing standard products to clients at scale, especially along co-innovation setups.
• Experience in Agile and in BizDevOps is a plus.
• Experience working in the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, CRO) is a plus.
• You are passionate about developing deep understanding and expertise for our custom build solutions for life science industry.
• You have a consulting mindset with strong analytical skills.
• You understand client needs and follow a user-centric approach.
• You are proactive, you value collaboration & teamwork and you communicate excellently.
• Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
