Tenthpin is a looking for a Resource Manager to work as a central part of our global operations, matching the right people to the right projects, supporting client success and our consultants’ growth. The Opportunity

The role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring resource utilisation and allocating resources based on skills, costs, and availability.
  • Capturing and managing demand from billable and internal projects, resolving conflicts, and navigating demand volatility.
  • Creating clarity and transparency for leadership decision-making.
  • Hosting regular update calls with project partners and supporting our internal subcontractor agency.
  • Identifying open positions and working with recruitment/contracting to ensure they are filled in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring the bench and alerting Partners about upcoming availability.
  • Owning and maintaining resourcing and skills databases, and further developing the database and associated reports.
  • Working with Community Leads to ensure skill accuracy, run periodic updates, and support the onboarding process to best capture the skillset of new joiners.
  • Publishing regular reports on utilisation, skills, and resourcing gaps, with actionable insights.
  • Driving process improvements by further developing resource management efficiency and governance to support the needs of a rapidly growing organisation, aligning with other corporate functions.

Your experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in resource management, ideally within professional services or consulting, with a background in SAP Consulting a distinct advantage.
  • Stakeholder management: Demonstrable experience of engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with Excel, analytics tools, CRM, or resource management software and an understanding of SAP skills.
  • Organisational skills: Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills: Strong critical thinking, forecasting, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • People skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the confidence to be diplomatic yet assertive.
  • Languages: Business-fluent English and local language of the hiring country.
