At Tenthpin Solutions, we are seeking a tenacious and entrepreneurial Enterprise SaaS Account Executive with a strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry and related process industries such as Agriculture, Food, and Chemicals. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business. The successful applicant will bring a strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales and a passion for building trusted client relationships within a high-growth product environment.
The Opportunity
As an Enterprise SaaS Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Tenthpin Solutions’ presence in the US market. You’ll take ownership of identifying and converting new enterprise opportunities, helping clients solve complex industry challenges through our innovative SaaS product portfolio.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Developing and executing tailored outreach strategies to drive pipeline growth and win new business across Life Sciences and related industries.
- Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level organizations, positioning our solutions to meet strategic objectives.
- Leading the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through RfP responses, negotiation, and closing.
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and demos, working closely with the product and marketing teams to align on messaging.
- Acting as a collaborative partner to internal teams, ensuring a seamless handoff post-sale and contributing feedback from the field to shape future product development.
- Operating in a fast-paced, agile SaaS environment where initiative and ownership are key to success.
Your Experience
- SaaS Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven ability to close high-value, complex deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Life Sciences sector is essential; experience with process industries (Agri/Food/Chemicals) is highly valued.
- Hunter Mentality: You’re energized by building new relationships, driving outbound activity, and turning cold leads into long-term clients.
- Strategic Sales Skills: Skilled in solution-based selling, RfP leadership, and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Collaborative & Commercial: Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating business value in both commercial and technical contexts.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with SAP or SaaS solutions sold into regulated or highly specialized industries.
